Returns

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Certain items (e.g., cut cables, custom orders, clearance stock) may be non-returnable. This will be stated on the product page.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refunds cover the cost of the product only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
